Welcome to WyldSkin. By accessing our website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
• WyldSkin is a provider of professional beauty and wellness treatments.
• These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our website or services.
• We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Bookings
• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• A valid contact number and email address are required at the time of booking.
• Some treatments may require a patch test at least 24-48 hours in advance.
3. Payment
• We accept payment by cash, card, and online payment systems.
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain treatments or promotional offers.
4. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
5. Medical Conditions
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to booking.
• Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions and will be discussed during consultation.
6. Liability
• WyldSkin is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by negligence.
• We are not responsible for any reactions caused by failure to disclose relevant medical information.
7. Intellectual Property
• All content on our website including logos, images, and text is the property of WyldSkin and may not be reproduced without permission.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to both clients and staff, the following policy applies:
1. Cancellations
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
2. Lateness
• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled depending on availability.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, this may be treated as a no-show.
3. Refunds
• Deposits or payments made in advance are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show, unless under exceptional circumstances.
• Refunds for products will only be given if the item is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days with a valid receipt.
